TSR PTY LTD does not sell, rent, or trade your personal, fleet, or cargo data to marketing brokers, insurers, or commercial telematics aggregators.

Data is disclosed strictly to the following infrastructure and compliance providers:

• Automotive Registry Providers: Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) are transmitted to RedBook (Carsales Network B2B) and NEVDIS solely to retrieve GVM, GCM, and factory tare specifications.
• Google Play Services: Subscription status and in-app purchase validation via Google Play Billing APIs.
• Roadside Enforcement & Authorized Auditors: When a driver or operator intentionally generates a QR Code Audit Beam or presents a PDF manifest, the vehicle assets, declared payload, and balance status become accessible to inspecting officers under statutory roadside review.

6. Access, Correction & Data Deletion Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs 12 & 13), you have the right to access and correct personal and fleet information held by us:

• Local Purge: You may at any time delete local assets, tare records, or default demo data directly from the in-app Fleet Manager screen using the Purge Demo Assets or Delete Vehicle buttons.
• Cloud Account Deletion: To request the complete deletion of your fleet records, registered VIN entries, or cloud-synced manifest hashes from truaxl.com, submit a written request to our Privacy Officer. Records will be permanently deleted within 14 business days, subject to mandatory statutory tax and accounting retention requirements.

7. Statutory Decision-Support Notice

Tru Axl is an engineering decision-support tool designed to assist in mass calculations and load placement planning. The application does not replace trade-certified physical weighbridge scales. Transport operators, prime contractors, consignors, and drivers remain strictly and independently responsible for vehicle loading, mass compliance, and road safety under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) Section 26C.
